REFUND POLICY

We bring you high quality real counterfeit money. Order and try out real counterfeit money of great grade AA+  quality. Our money has done the job for others why not you too.

  1. Refund request must be made within 20 days of delivery date. After 20 days from delivery date you must contact RCM customer service to determine the best course of action.
  2. A copy of the RCM credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original RCM invoice may be requested prior to RCM customer service issuing a Return Authorization.
  3. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging, literature. RCM reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
  4. A return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email through our contact form, and provide the following information: Name, Address, Phone, Reason for Refund, Date of Purchase, Unit Serial Number.
  5. Upon written receipt of the RA number, send the product to: RCM, RA #[RA number]
  6. Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package
  7. A copy of the NBN credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original RCM invoice should be placed inside the returning package so that it is easily visible.
  8. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
  9. Products received that do not meet the above criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
  10. You may be responsible for shipping cost for retuning the product to RCM. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured. RCM is not responsible for products lost or damage during return shipments
  11. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be non refundable.
  12. Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it with something else. You can return or exchange your package for up to 7 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will be given in full using the same method used in making payments. Refunds must be signed and made within the period of 5 working days. Note that there will be minus shipping and refund transfer fees although if it was a blatant mistake by us, we will pick up everything. Bottom line we want you happy.
